Hannah first began her yoga practice during college. She had been a dancer her whole life and found the local hot power yoga studio to be an acceptable substitute when she couldn’t travel to Boston for dance class. What began as a substitute quickly became a major component of her life and wellbeing. Hannah did her 200-hr yoga teacher training with Prana Power Yoga in 2010 and has studied under and has continued to teach and practice in Boston, Brooklyn, and now Hanover!
Hannah’s style is strongly rooted in power vinyasa and also draws from the inspiring Forrest and Anusara practices she studied in Brooklyn.
When Hannah is not at the yoga studio, she works as a decorative painter and is taking classes towards completing her masters in nutrition.
