Our annual February yoga challenge begins in less than 2 weeks, and we’ve made a few tweaks so we can minimize the stress and increase the fun.  Here’s the deal:

The Challenge:  Complete 24 DAYS of yoga.  Please note, this means it doesn’t matter if you take 2, 3 or 14 classes all in one day. One day equals one gold star.

To sign up:  The Challenge is *FREE* to join.  Complete our SAT-level application form with 3 personal goals and turn in to our front desk by Feb. 5th.  We will put everyone’s goals up near a Mighty Tracking Chart in the Lounge to help motivate you all month!

Track your progress:  We like visuals!  We’ll post a chart in our Lounge to further motivate. When you take 1 class per day, get a Mighty sticker from our front desk team to track on the chart.

Weekly themes:  Each week the studio will have a theme to inspire us to roll out our mats!  These will be revealed from week to week.  You are highly anticipating this, we’re sure!

To win:  Everybody wins as soon as you step onto that mat!  By dedicating yourself to this empowering practice you will transform. We are offering an added incentive to those who complete the challenge, who will also get 20% off one purchase in the studio.

How to reserve your classes

You can sign up in person 30 min before class. Or, you can reserve your spot online anytime before class from our website or mobile apps.

Cancelling your online reservation

As always, you may cancel your reservation online up to 30 min before class without being charged for the class. We ask that you do this to open up space for any stand-by students.
