We have an opening for a Welcome Desk Team Lead at our Ithaca Studio. The Team Lead is a grounded, people-centered leader who supports our Welcome Desk Team in delivering consistent, high-quality service and follow-through. They understand that our sales process is an essential part of how we support students, and they confidently coach others to follow it. They balance warmth with accountability, give clear feedback, and help maintain smooth front desk operations — from scheduling and training to member conversations and conversions. This person thrives in a role where relationships and results both matter, and where structure, communication, and steady leadership support the growth of our community and our business.
