  • Yes, we have mats and Yogitoes mat towels available to rent at the studio for $5 each.

  • Yes - Full Time students with a valid ID can get our Studio+ Membership for $99/month. ($30 savings)

  • We all need time and space to disconnect from devices so that we can reconnect with our selves and be fully present in our practice. As such, we do not allow cell phones in the practice room, with the exception of employees on call. When leaving your phone in the cubbies, please set it to Do Not Disturb.

  • Please note that there are many students who want to attend classes, and we ask that you only make reservations for classes you plan to attend. Please cancel your reservation within your account as soon as you know you aren’t able to attend, or at least 3 hours before class.

    If you cancel your reservation within 3 hours of the scheduled class time or don’t show up for a reservation, you’ll lose the class on your pass, or you will incur a $15 Fee (if on an unlimited pass).

    If you are a Studio+ Member, you get a freebie each month (based on your monthly renewal date, not the calendar month).

    There are exceptions for illness and emergencies. Contact us before class if you believe you are eligible for an exception: hello@mightyyoga.com.

    For full classes, if you’re registered for class but are not present at the studio at the time class starts, we may give your spot away to someone who is waiting at the studio.

  • Mighty Yoga offers classes uniquely tailored for special events or private groups. Contact us and we will create a personalized yoga experience. Events can be held at Mighty Yoga or we can go to your location. Please send your request at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

  • Yes, we have a water cooler at the studio, bring your own water bottle or purchase one of our Mighty water bottles. In order to help reduce waste, we don’t sell bottled water.

  • We recommend that you register for class online, to make sure you have a spot! Registration opens 2 weeks ahead of time. We recommend you manage your reservations in the Momence App on your iphone or android device - app links are at the bottom of this page!

  • As a courtesy to the rest of the students in class, we do not allow late arrivals after 5 minutes into class start time.

  • Our teachers may offer hands-on assists/adjustments while teaching. However, we believe that it’s important for you to have a choice - you must opt-in if you want to be assisted. Each studio has Flip Chips to indicate if you are okay with getting assists, otherwise the teacher will give you space.

  • If all of the spots in the studio are filled, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, you are committing to being in class should a spot open for you, and that spot could open anytime up to 3 hours before class start time. When a spot opens in class, you will be automatically moved into the class and receive an email from us, alerting you that you’re in! We will assume you’ll be there unless you let us know otherwise. If your schedule changes, please remove your waitlist reservation. Note that the no show policy will apply if you are added from the waitlist and do not attend.

  • If you believe your child is mature enough to stay on their mat, listen to the instructor, refrain from talking or being disruptive during class, and follow directions, please bring them into class with you and share your love of yoga with them! A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver on their behalf.

    The first step is for the parent/guardian to create an account if you don’t have one. Then create a “child” account that is connected to yours.

    Children ages 12–14 must have an adult present with them during the class.

    Children ages 15+ may practice in our studio classes unaccompanied by their parent or adult.

  • We will notify you at least 2 hours ahead of time if we need to cancel class due to snow or inclement weather. Classes that start before 10am will follow the local school cancellations.

  • Maybe. Our Flex5 Pass can be shared with one friend, and those on our Studio+ Membership get a free buddy pass each month. If you are using any other pass, the classes are non-transferrable or share-able (if that’s even a word =). In all cases, we recommend that your friend gets the Discovery Pass so they can come all month for just $39!
