Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Classes

The journey into pregnancy, through pregnancy, and being a new mom can have so many amazing highs, as well as times that are tough.
Sometimes really tough. Our culture focuses on the bright spots, but when we don’t share the challenges, we can feel isolated and alone. Heather’s classes encourage you to embrace where you are, connect back to your heart and inner wisdom, and honor each step of your journey.
Our Pre/postnatal Flow & Restore style classes help to build strength and flexibility, as well as offer time to rest and reset.
Prenatal membership is $35/month and includes 2 live classes a month, as well as 24-hour access to our prenatal video library.
Classes are offered in Hanover and on LiveStream twice a month on Wednesdays at 7pm.

These classes are great for postpartum moms too! The postpartum period can last for years, and we welcome moms with littles of any age to join us. Pre-crawling babies are always welcome to join class.
About the Instructor
Heather Healey
I’ve been teaching pre & postnatal yoga since 2014 and am the mom of 3 energetic kids. I practiced yoga throughout each pregnancy because it allowed me to keep in touch with my changing body - and helped me learn to listen to my body, baby, and have confidence in my own intuition. After my babies were born, yoga was an important tool again, for counter-balancing posture habits from holding and feeding a newborn, but also as a way to take care of and support myself as a new mom.
