Yoga is great for everyone, athletes especially! Often times, folks who play sports or do hard workouts don't always slow down, stretch, or work on joint mobility. Taking the time to work on flexibility & balance can have HUGE benefits to your activity of choice - join us and see! This class will be a combo of deep breath work, longer held (yin) shapes, rhythmic flowing movement, and an extended savasana.
