Develop your strength and explore movement as medicine
Welcome Gina back to our schedule with this mindful fusion of asana with strength and functional-range conditioning. Class will include some traditional flow with creative movement and strength work sprinkled in, as well as focused attention on posture variations, passive and active range-of-motion, and developing full-core strength. This class is accessible for beginners, but also adds a new layer of challenge for more experienced yogis to dig into your practice! You will feel the mind-body connection throughout class and expect to leave feeling stronger and more in tune with yourself and your practice.
