What is HIIT, anyway?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. So, think of doing the most all-out cardio moves, but for a VERY short amount of time. Sprinkling a few of those HIIT bursts into any exercise - Mighty Flow included - can improve your strength & endurance. Plus, it’s just fun! Come try it out!
