Yoga Practices to Sustain New Intentions
Defining your personal sankalpa (purposeful intention) asks you to be in a habitual practice of action, accountability, reflection, and recognition. Thankfully yoga offers many practices to support and empower your path forward, leading to consistent effort vs. fluctuating exertion and burnout. During our time together we will explore invigorating movement, balancing breath, and a reflective rest practice. We will also work with a hasta mudra (hand gesture, or energetic seal) of overcoming obstacles and a gratitude practice that roots us in our joy.
Make space this winter season to revisit, clarify, or create your personal and community sankalpa. Establish practices that will support how you live into your intention with fierce and compassionate effort.
This workshop is open to all and can be considered a follow-up to the Empower and Renew January event. However, this experience will be beneficial whether or not you attended the January program.
All levels welcome, unheated.
Cost for this experience is $30, and $25 for Studio+ Members.
