In this fast-paced world of chronic exhaustion and over stimulation, you might have received the message that constructive rest is vital to your overall well being.
Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as conscious sleep, expands our capacity to live mindfully awake, energetically resourced, and intentionally grounded. This journey can help us build a bridge from a habitual and conditioned state of distraction, stress, and exhaustion into a personal sanctuary of self-awareness, healing, and rejuvenation.
Within this introductory space, we will explore the various elements of Yoga Nidra, including gentle movement, focused breath, relaxation methods, and guided visualization techniques. Participants are invited to wear comfortable clothing and bring a non-electronic journal. This non-heated class is open to all seekers.
