Take a pause and join us in this simple practice of self-care that stimulates the relaxation response in body·mind·spirit. With the intention to rest and slow down, you’ll start to sink into the moment and let go.

Slowly, we will move from one pose to the next while wrapping in blankets, using blocks, bolsters and sandbags to go deeper feeling safe and supported. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, centered and rejuvenated. This class is held in-studio only.

Sundays @ 4:30pm now weekly
