Pop-Up: Slow Flow & Restore!
What is Unwind? It’s another name for Flow & Restore! Kim offers this class just once a month, so we thought we’d do a little feature on it!
Unwind is a marriage of mindful vinyasa and restorative yoga. At the start of class, we’ll gently release tension and stress through meditative movements and breath work. Then, we’ll ease into floor-based postures supported by props (such as bolsters & blankets) to encourage peaceful comfort. Embrace the art of slowing down, honoring your body’s unique needs, and creating spaciousness in the mind.
