Summer Challenge


Join us for our new Summer Challenge!

Sometimes Summer feels like a challenging time with schedules changing, travel plans, and more. As your Mighty community members, it is our duty to give you the kindest and most loving nudge to stick with your practice this summer! You will feel better, less stressed, and more present to enjoy the season. Join our new challenge to help you stay motivated (and by doing that, you help motivate others, too)!

How it works:

  • Challenge runs from 6/1 through 8/31

  • Choose your challenge level - how many classes can you attend? 15, 25, 40? 

  • Grab a mini chart at the studio and stick it on the wall. Every time you come to class, put a sticker on yours.

  • Raffle prizes for winners!

Why should we maintain our practice over the summer?
