Danielle Visci

My yoga journey began at the early age of 5, thanks to my mom who introduced me to yoga in the hopes of helping me learn to feel my feelings. What started as a tool for emotional balance has turned into a lifelong relationship.

I’ve found the best medicine for my overactive mind is movement. Yoga is more than just asanas; it's a mental reset button, a reminder to come back into presence, and an invitation to reconnect to my body.

Off the mat, the great outdoors call! I find solace and inspiration when immersed in nature — long hikes with plenty of stops to identify birds and plants are my favorite way to slow down. I’m currently dreaming of a backpacking trip through Olympic National Park.

My mission is to empower individuals to discover their unique yoga practice, integrating its transformative benefits beyond the mat and into their daily lives. Working at Mighty I’m surrounded by compassionate yogis and supportive teachers. I love that I get to assist in fostering an inclusive space where everyone is welcomed and encouraged to embrace yoga as their own personal journey.
