A dynamic workshop for women: Sunday, January 19th 2-4pm - attend in person in Hanover, on LiveStream or via the recording.
Join Kim & Jenny for this 2-hour exploration focused on pelvic health through a fusion of yoga and Pilates principles. Dive into the anatomy of the pelvic floor with insights into what truly works, what doesn’t, and why, as we decode the myths and facts about pelvic strength and function.
This workshop combines functional movement and thoughtful alignment to build a deeper understanding of the muscles that support your core. You’ll gain effective tools that go beyond traditional keels, integrating what you’ve learned into your everyday practice. You’ll leave with a comprehensive PDF guide, and a recording of the session will be available for two weeks so you can revisit the content as you continue your wellness journey. Whether you’re looking to enhance stability or simply better understand your body, this workshop offers valuable insights to keep you moving with confidence.
