Develop your strength and explore movement as medicine
Welcome Gina back to our schedule with this mindful fusion of asana with strength. Class will include some traditional flow with creative movement and strength work sprinkled in, as well as focused attention on posture variations, passive and active range-of-motion, and developing full-core strength. This class is accessible for beginners, but also adds a new layer of challenge for more experienced yogis to dig into your practice! You will feel the mind-body connection throughout class and expect to leave feeling stronger and more in tune with yourself and your practice.
