Sam Quindlen

I have been going to yoga classes off and on since I was about ten years old. It was about 7 years ago that I really started committing to a regular practice. I had a case of “you think your life is going one way and then everything turns up-side-down”. Yoga seemed to be the only medicine that made me feel better, and gave me the space to disconnect externally and start connecting internally.

Through this connection I have been able to find self-forgiveness and self-compassion. This has made me want to be a better contributor to our community, our environment, and our world. I believe that through the power of yoga we can all find a place to be kinder to ourselves, naturally creating kindness towards others and the environment around us. It is my goal to create safe spaces for self-compassion, growth, community and connection. I am excited to bring this energy to Mighty and be a part of this amazing studio!!
