In this special class, we'll explore more than just the physical pose. Tadasana, or Mountain Pose, is often seen as a simple posture, but it holds deep potential for grounding and alignment—both physically and mentally.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional awareness, we’ll work from the ground up to find a strong, balanced foundation for our practice and our lives. As you find stability in the pose, you’ll also discover tools to connect with your own inner steadiness and strength.

We will have a 45 minute class, then open the floor for a Teacher Training Q&A session where you can ask anything about the training experience, curriculum, certification, and more.
